Why is this investment higher than a Fiverr gig?

Accepted Answer

Because the studio isn't competing with Fiverr. Investment visible on the page, agreement before deposit, named operator who shows up to calls and ships on the date agreed. Costs more than ₹2,000. Worth more than ₹2,000.

Which tier do I need?

Accepted Answer

Three questions decide it. 1) How many pages or screens? One section or component, or one landing page → Pilot; 2–6 marketing pages → Studio; 7+ pages or a product UI with login → System or Custom. 2) Do users need to log in? No → Studio; yes, simple → System; yes, multi-role or complex → Custom. 3) Do you also need a logo or brand identity? Do you do backend?

Accepted Answer

No, not in the traditional sense. The studio designs and builds frontends in Next.js. For System tier engagements, basic Supabase integration is included - auth flow, 2–3 table CRUD operations, basic Row Level Security. For Studio engagements, Supabase wiring is an add-on (₹3,999–₹6,999). Custom schema design, server functions, payment backend, and complex business logic are out of scope.

Why access, not credentials?

Security and your peace of mind. The studio gets added to your Supabase project as a team member with the access level you choose. You can revoke at any time, and your admin credentials never leave your hands. Industry-standard practice - protects both sides.

Question 6

Can you set up Stripe / Razorpay payments?

Accepted Answer

The studio builds the visual checkout flow - forms, success states, error states, all the UI. The actual payment wiring (webhook handling, subscription logic, refund flows) is out of scope - that's full-stack work. Your backend developer handles that. If you don't have one, the studio can refer you to one.

Do you do graphic design - posters, thumbnails, illustrations?

Yes, but it's not the studio's main offering. If you need a poster, thumbnail, banner, social-media graphic, or simple illustration alongside a web project, ask on the call - quoted separately based on scope. Logo and brand identity work is out of scope entirely. Those are specialist crafts requiring dedicated time and brand-strategy thinking. If you need a logo or brand identity, the studio will refer you to a brand designer. Once you have a brand, the website work can begin.

What if I want only design, or only development?

Design-only (you handle implementation, studio delivers final Figma + handover docs): Studio ₹5,999–₹11,999 (~40% off rack); System ₹12,999–₹17,999 (~40% off rack); Pilot - already includes Figma-only redesign as one of its three options at rack rate. Dev-only (you provide finalised Figma, studio implements in Next.js): Studio ₹4,999–₹9,999 (~50% off rack); System ₹10,999–₹14,999 (~50% off rack); Pilot: ₹2,999–₹4,499 · 3–6 days · one landing page or component build. Caveat for dev-only at any scale: if your Figma is incomplete or inconsistent, the studio flags what needs to be resolved before build starts. Not a free design-fix service. Exact quote after the discovery call.

Can you do a fixed investment instead of a range?

Yes - after the discovery call. Ranges exist because scope is rarely fully clear before a 30-minute conversation. Once it is, the investment becomes a single number, locked in writing.

Can I see your agreement before booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes - sent after the discovery call, before any deposit invoice. Standard NDAs honoured.

Question 11

What's the first-draft refund about?

Accepted Answer

For Pilot engagements only - if you don't like the first design draft, you can walk away within 7 days and get your full deposit back. One-time guarantee per Pilot engagement. The reasoning: Pilot is meant to be a low-risk way to test the studio before committing to a larger engagement. The refund makes that testing genuinely risk-free. Studio and System engagements don't include the refund - by that scope, both sides have committed to a defined deliverable with milestone payments. Pilot is the sandbox.

What happens after the project ships?

30-day bug-fix window included with every tier. Beyond that, extended support add-ons (60 / 90 days) are available, or you can come back for a new project anytime.
